Time to panic

The Committee for Public Safety have been out again spreading alarm. If you live in Manchester you may notice new panic alarms have been sited at strategic locations throughout the city. Such is the public demand for more security, that most of them have already been stolen. But they have served their purpose and heralded the new age of Insecurity. Stay tuned for more information.



  1. Am I the only one who is starting to find the city centre quite an uncomfortable place to be in these days? I’m not paranoid but the feeling of being watched and monitored is quite palpable. Don’t get me started on the Spinningfields development……
